Job summary

Lesaffre is seeking a Warehouse Operator in the Midwest 3PL plant in Cedar Rapids to support inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory, and production material handling. You report to the Warehouse Supervisor and will ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and documentation in SAP.

The role requires forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days, 1–4 years of related experience, and basic computer skills with SAP, Excel, and Word. 1st shift, some overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse duties and basic systems required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and perform tasks safely.
• Fill carrier orders and follow loading schedules.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and load trailers.
• Complete shipping documents and SAP entries.
• Stage and organize materials; manage inventory counts.
• Coordinate loading/picking tickets for deliveries.
• Assist with emergency requests and off-hours support.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse and dock areas.
• Work rotating shifts as required.
