Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure accurate inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance actions as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service and policy compliance.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and safety standards maintained.
• Provide support to warehouse management and back-up as needed.
• Track orders and investigate issues; catalog and track goods and supplies.
