Job summary

Raining Rose in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, storage, and distribution of materials in a timely, accurate manner. You will follow GMP and safety practices, maintain organized dock areas, and support continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and at least 1 year in a related role. Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office is preferred to optimize receiving and inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required.
• 1+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
• ERP software knowledge preferred.
• GMPs and OSHA rules/regulations knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Display and promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship, and Evolve).
• Move or store material according to the warehouse schedule.
• Knowledge of material handling specifications.
• Ensure receiving reports are completed accurately and timely.
• Resolve discrepancies regarding packing slips or other documentation of receipt.
• Maintain a clean dock area.
• Organize and load all recycled materials for disposal.
• Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies.
• Firm understanding and compliance with GMP and Safe Practices.
• Regular attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
