Job summary

IES is seeking a Technician I - Logistics to support warehouse operations in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will handle shipping, receiving, stocking and inventory control, ensuring accurate records and efficient material flow.

The role requires basic warehouse machinery knowledge, data entry, and familiarity with SAP or Spectrum. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely within a 5S/Lean environment. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance is required and essential to daily warehouse activities.
• Minimum two years in a warehouse environment with basic operating systems knowledge.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, ship and receive inventory while maintaining records.
• Enter and track materials in the inventory management system; perform cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment; ensure safety and Lean 5S compliance.
• Support additional warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.
