Job summary

Lesaffre Corporation, BSNAC Warehouse in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a Warehouse Operator to support inbound/outbound deliveries, internal transfers, and production materials. Report to Warehouse Supervisor; first shift with rotating hours as needed.

Responsibilities include safety, order fulfillment, loading, SAP documentation, inventory counts, and material handling. Requires 1–4 years’ experience, SAP/Excel/Word skills, and forklift certification within 90 days if not already certified.

Qualifications

• 1 - 4 years of related experience and/or training.
• Computer skills: SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word; online shipping procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented and able to resolve issues positively.
• Attention to detail with paperwork and data.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and perform tasks safely.
• Fill carrier orders and follow delivery schedules.
• Prepare and ship products; document loading in SAP.
• Stage, organize, and count inventory; conduct cycle counts.
• Receive materials and process purchase orders; notify relevant staff.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and dock areas; adapt to shift changes.
• Operate forklifts; obtain certification within 90 days if not yet certified.
• Assist with special projects as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
