Job summary

Bio Springer North America Corporation (BSNAC) is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory, and production materials at the Cedar Rapids facility. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of related experience, forklift certification, and strong SAP/Excel skills. Shift is 1st, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime and on-site work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 - 4 years of related experience and/or training.
• Computer skills: SAP systems, Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and perform tasks safely.
• Fill carrier orders and follow delivery schedules.
• Complete shipping documents in SAP and manage loading paperwork.
• Stage, organize and prepare materials for shipment per procedure.
• Count physical inventory and conduct cycle counts.
