The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long shifts, and comfortable working at heights. Overtime flexibility and strong communication are preferred, with a background in MS Office helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with working at heights 20-30 ft.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Flexible to overtime as needed.
• Able to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas (inbound/outbound).
• Receive large boxes, scan with RF scanner, input data.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse.
• Use voice-pick system to select large items or small units.
• Palletize items, wrap for shipment.
• Pack items in boxes.
• Operate material handling equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider).
