Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate in Durham, NC. The role performs order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment, with cross-training across multiple warehouse areas and potential for overtime.

You will maintain safety and quality standards, support housekeeping, and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment as required by the job duties. Training is provided on day one.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack).
