Cardinal Health in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities. You will unload trucks with a pallet jack, verify goods in using Manhattan WMS, and ensure proper storage including refrigerated items while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfort with heights of 20–30 feet.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop and stand for the shift.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with computers or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks in inbound using pallet jack or similar equipment.
• Use Manhattan WMS to check in products.
• Store refrigerated products per regulation when required.
• Store products in warehouse locations; pick and load outbound shipments.
