Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound, outbound and value-added processes at our Illinois facilities. You will receive, scan, pack, and move large items using RF scanners, pallet jacks and forklifts, while maintaining safety protocols.

You will cross-train across multiple warehouse areas and work with a voice-picking system to meet hourly distribution quotas. Overtime may be required with little notice, and a strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for full shift.
• RF scanner or voice-pick experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in Inbound, ValueLink and Outbound.
• Receive large boxes, scan with RF scanner and input data.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish storage.
• Use voice-pick system to gather items and place on cart.
• Palletize items, wrap for shipment and pack small items.
• Drive material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck).
• Maintain safety and adhere to Cardinal Health EHS/QRA policies.
