Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator- CDL for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 12:00 AM) in the United States. The role involves forklift operation, inbound/outbound coordination, packing, and staging orders for delivery within a fast-paced warehousing environment.

A CDL is required, along with basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read and follow instructions. Compensation includes $26.40 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential and a $500 signing bonus at 30 days

• Processes work orders by selecting correct products, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging for delivery.
• Operates forklift and other plant machinery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Follows standard operating procedures and participates in shuttle truck operations.

Warehouse Operator- CDL - 2nd ShiftPay: $26.40 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (if applicable)Hiring Bonus: $500.00 at 30 days and $500 at 6 Months.Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You'll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You'll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others

• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required
• Operate Shuttle Truck and drive on public roadways
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
• Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers (CDL)License

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
