Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator - CDL for the 3rd shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will operate a forklift, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, assist with packing and staging, and support cycle counts in a fast-paced warehouse.

• Be able to qualify for driving tractor trailers CDL required.

Job description

Warehouse Operator - CDL - 3rd Shift *CDL REQUIRED* Pay: $26.40 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (if applicable) Hiring Bonus: $500.00 at 30 days and $500 at 6 Months. Shift & Working Hours: 3rd Shift; 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience
• Commercial driving experience

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
