Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator- CDL for the 2nd shift in Fremont, NE. Base pay is $26.40/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential, with a $500 signing bonus at 30 days and another $500 at 6 months.

The role involves forklift operation, inbound/outbound coordination, packing/loading, cycle counts, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. CDL is required and forklift certification is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers (CDL) License.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.

• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging the order for delivery.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Successful forklift certification required; operate Shuttle Truck and drive on public roadways.

Warehouse Operator- CDL - 2nd Shift Pay: $26.40 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (if applicable) Hiring Bonus: $500.00 at 30 days and $500 at 6 Months. Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow. Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
