Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Operator for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM) to join our Purina Animal Nutrition warehousing team. You will operate a forklift, coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, and support cycle counts and packing for final product shipments.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork. You’ll read and follow instructions, maintain clean work areas, and contribute to efficient, accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Warehouse Operator

SHIFT: 3rd Shift - M-F 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

PAY: $24.60 per hour plus $1.00 per hour Shift Differential

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You'll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You'll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successful forklift certification required

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
