Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. in Fremont, NE is seeking a warehouse team member to support inbound and outbound deliveries, packing and loading final products with a forklift, and keeping the area organized.

This 2nd shift role runs 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM; safety is a priority, forklift certification is required, and 18+ with 1 year of experience preferred. You will collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines and ensure accurate product handling.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required
• Other duties as assigned

Pay

$24.40 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.0 per hour

Shift & Working Hours

2nd Shift; 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You'll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
