Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the warehousing team and perform front-line processes to ensure successful delivery of final products.

The role includes coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, palletizing, forklift operation, cycle counts, and organizing warehouse areas. A $26.50/hour base pay with a $1.00 shift differential is typical, with OT as needed in peak months.

Warehouse Operator

Position: Warehouse Operator

Hours: 2nd Shift 3:15PM-1:45AM 4 - 10's in summer and OT as needed in busier months

Pay: $26.50 plus $1.00 shift differential if applicable

Warehouse Operator Role

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You'll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You'll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
