Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the day shift (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM) with CDL required. The role involves coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading products with a forklift, cycle counts, and organizing the warehouse.

Responsibilities include operating the forklift daily, following safety procedures, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requires 1 year of experience, basic math/computer skills, and strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills; able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; respectful demeanor.
• Forklift certification or use of forklift in daily tasks.

• Shows up on time, meets deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Process work orders by selecting products, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging for delivery.

• Operate forklift daily and use other equipment as needed.

Warehouse Operator CDL Required Pay: $26.40 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (if applicable) Hiring Bonus: (add if applicable) Shift & Working Hours: Day Shift; 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. • Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
