Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Germantown, WI is hiring a Warehouse Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM). You will pack/unpack merchandise, prepare orders for shipping, log correct lot numbers and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced facilities environment.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable with basic computer tasks; prior production or food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
• At least one year of production or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and use PPE, keep area safe and clean.
• Prepare orders for shipping and match quantities to paperwork.
• Log in lot numbers and quantities and ensure correct product handling.
• Stock and organize products, stock packaging supplies, and maintain forklifts’ water levels.
