About the Job

We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our team. Your responsibilities will include moving, organizing, and tracking materials such as raw ingredients, customer samples, and finished products. You will also prepare items for shipping. This role is vital in ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• An associate’s degree in biotech is preferred; no work experience required if so
• Experience handling or shipping items in a biopharma or similar environment is required if no degree
• Comfortable working in person (not remote)
• Ability to lift boxes and operate warehouse tools like pallet jacks or hand trucks
• Organized with attention to detail

What You’ll Do

• Receive shipments and verify materials against paperwork
• Store materials properly, including in temperature-controlled areas
• Track inventory using systems like Oracle or LIMS
• Prepare materials for different departments as needed
• Assist in shipping by packaging items and preparing labels and paperwork
• Participate in inventory checks and manage outdated stock
• Follow safety and company policies
• Suggest process improvements and waste reduction strategies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
