Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000

Horizon Industries Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Computer Operator to support logistics data management for U.S. government operations. You'll be responsible for processing data requests, updating logistics records, and generating reports that support mission-critical logistics coordination between the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Military Services.
This is a structured, process-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on precision, consistency, and working independently with clear tasks and deliverables.
Training and government-issued job aids will be provided.
Process logistics data requests: complete required forms, send to designated activities, track responses, and manage through the full lifecycle
Update and align management data on National Stock Numbers (NSNs) across systems, including AF D143C and the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)
Add appropriate Air Logistics Centers to NSNs when needed
Maintain accurate status tracking:
Requests assigned
Open (on time and overdue)
Closed (on time and overdue)
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance (IT-II or NACLC)
High attention to detail; accurate data entry and tracking are critical
Ability to follow structured procedures, SOPs, and job aids
Strong organizational and written communication skills
Familiarity with logistics systems, databases, or government processes is preferred
Remote or office-based environment (climate controlled)
Requires extended periods of sitting and computer use
Must adhere to all applicable security protocols throughout employment
You track, enter, and maintain logistics data with zero errors
You follow structured workflows with minimal supervision
You stay on top of task lists and generate timely reports without reminders
You take pride in accuracy and consistency, even on repetitive tasks
