Job description

Responsibilities include:

  1. Booking deliveries upon receipt at the site following procedures.
  2. Proficiency in computerized stock systems.
  3. Monitoring supplies and replenishing stock at City North warehouse.
  4. Preparing materials for production, including calculating foil requirements.
  5. Transporting goods between sites using company vehicles.
  6. Organizing and monitoring carton coding for production.
  7. Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding deliveries and issues.
  8. Handling returns and preparing pallets for dispatch.
  9. Maintaining accurate stock control records.
  10. Following all procedures and retraining as needed.
  11. Collaborating with departments to ensure timely batch readiness.
  12. Following safety practices, reporting defects, and operating forklifts safely.
  13. Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice.
  14. Maintaining warehouse housekeeping and reporting non-conformances.
  15. Working across manufacturing plants as required.
  16. Optimizing racking use and maintaining external site cleanliness.
  17. Trained and certified to operate high bay reach trucks.
  18. Performing additional tasks aligned with company goals.
