Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining the storage and organization of the products within the cooler and freezer to ensure that the product being shipped to customers is of the highest quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform laborer duties such as picking, staging, and loading products to complete customer orders.
• Ensure accurate picking of items by quantity and code date as per customer orders.
• Remove and store products in the cooler or freezer at designated locations using a powered pallet jack, adhering to safety requirements.
• Operate RF Scan Gun.
• Experience with Hi/Lo (reach) Forklift is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
• Other duties as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor.

Qualifications and Demands

Must adhere to safety guidelines, operate a pallet jack efficiently, work in cold environments including minimal freezer time, communicate effectively within a team, and lift at least 50 pounds regularly. Prior shipping laborer experience is preferred but not required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED, or at least 3 months of experience/training, or an equivalent combination. Please provide 6 to 12 months of work history or a resume.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals in English or Spanish. Ability to complete checklists.

Shift: 10pm-6:30am
