Job summary

Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed in Palatka, FL, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to ensure safe, accurate movement of materials and support production teams, customers, and overall quality standards. You will coordinate loading, pull and pack orders, and operate forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, 1 year manufacturing experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to work 8-hour rotating shifts including days, nights, or weekends.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work an 8-hour rotating shift.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Must wear PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hard hat).
  • Able to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily truck loading with Warehouse Shipping Coordinator (Lead).
  • Review pick lists and pull/assemble products for shipment.
  • Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently with attention to product quality and quantity.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Assist with routine forklift maintenance.
  • Organize finished goods and raw materials, ensuring proper rotation and inventory flow.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Contribute to 5S initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a critical role in the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials throughout our facility.
