Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking a Warehouse and Operations Team Leader for an on-site role in Columbus, Indiana. You will lead associates to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating receiving, shipping, and deliveries of Toyota parts and forklifts.

Your duties include parts handling, inventory checks, adherence to safety standards, and training teammates. A strong emphasis on Kaizen and continuous improvement is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Previous inspection experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook/Excel) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive, put away, pick, kit, and ship parts and forklifts.
• Check deliveries and inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Maintain safety through knowledge of equipment operations and safe handling.
• Ensure quality through inspection of parts and proper materials handling.
• Support and train warehouse associates; address safety and productivity issues.
