Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Production Control or related functions preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in SAP preferred.
• Proficient with Excel formulas and data analytics.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Desire to solve problems and continuously learn.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and support key operational KPIs to ensure Production Control functions run efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure alignment and execution across areas such as production planning, material flow, logistics, and order management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support internal stakeholders and achieve business objectives with a customer-first mindset.
• Drive accountability within the team and across stakeholders to deliver consistent results.
• Manage the full cycle of customer orders, from processing and verification through shipment and fulfillment using SAP.Monitor and verify order data and delivery timelines; proactively communicate changes to stakeholders and customers.
• Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to maintain optimal finished goods inventory; collaborate with supply chain and production teams.
• Partner with sales, logistics, production, and customer service teams to resolve customer issues quickly; serve as liaison between external expectations and internal capabilities.
• Deliver prompt responses to inquiries and complaints; document, investigate, and resolve issues; provide insights for process improvements.
• Generate reports on sales performance, order fulfillment, and inventory metrics; use data to optimize carrying costs and planning processes.
