Job summary

DSV is seeking an Operations Manager for the LBJ FWY site in Lancaster, TX. The role oversees warehousing, receiving, and shipping to meet service and cost goals, including staffing, training, and performance management.

Key duties include planning inbound/outbound volume, KPI attainment, plus collaboration with HR for hiring and development. Monday–Friday 2pm–11pm, base pay range $105k–$110k with annual review.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7 years in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 5 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems for safe, profitable operations.
• Meet productivity and service goals per client SLAs.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Communicate with senior management and clients.
