Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Previous training in ISO procedures strongly preferred.
• Must understand inventory control procedures.
• Good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Able to operate and train others on forklift and pallet jack.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
• Good time management skills.
• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to adapt to changes and handle other tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Directs a unit or group of semi-skilled employees and assigns tasks.
• Monitors daily/weekly operations and ensures schedules are followed.
• Provides input to manage costs related to a unit or sub-unit.
• Meets unit targets and reports on progress.
• Interacts with subordinates and peers to exchange factual information.
