Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• WMS familiarity or basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock management.
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and staging of freight and materials.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with management to prioritize workflow and meet order deadlines.
• Operate and oversee use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
