Job summary

Global Industrial Company in the United States seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in North Las Vegas. The role focuses on leading staff, coordinating RF pick/pack processes, and ensuring safety and efficiency across shifts.

You will direct day-to-day activities, allocate orders, resolve issues, and support customer service with expedited requests. A strong leader with experience in warehouse tech and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a warehouse.
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack.
• RF pick/pack knowledge required.
• Strong leadership and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clear communications with other shifts in the warehouse and office personnel as needed.
• Assist the supervisor with the security and safety of the warehouse, the inventory and our associates.
• Assist and direct staff in the day to day operation of the warehouse.
• Allocate, release and assign sales orders to the appropriate staff.
• Assists the staff in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Handle expedite requests from customer service.
• Assume day to day operational responsibility in the absence of the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
