Job summary

Candidate should have 2+ years of supervisory experience in an automated DC, with knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, inventory accounting, and Kronos/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Automated distribution center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inbound or outbound functions within a distribution center.
• Understanding of inventory accounting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews WMS reports and notifies WMS personnel of failures.
• Uses SOPs to resolve problems and communicates issues to the Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Reviews staffing levels and staffing plan with the Manager.
• Conducts weekly and monthly staffing reviews with the Manager.
• Partners with Training to monitor new employee development.
• Plans daily production goals.
• Maintains employee records and supports safety programs.
• Interviews and selects candidates with Human Resources.
