Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, storage, and distribution, ensuring safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

You will supervise staff, plan schedules, optimize storage methods, and maintain security and safety protocols across the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving.
Ability to forecast workload and coordinate deliveries with stakeholders.
Strong supervisory skills and focus on safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing operational, personnel, and safety procedures.
Forecast workload, coordinate deliverables, and resolve priority conflicts with stakeholders.
Plan inbound and outbound receiving schedules and daily warehouse activities.
Supervise warehouse staff to meet service levels and productivity goals.
Determine storage methods and stock locations based on turnover and facility capabilities.
Control inventory levels through cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations.
Establish and monitor warehouse security procedures to safeguard inventory and operations.
Maintain warehouse facilities by planning layouts, inspecting equipment, coordinating repairs, and managing replacement requests.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to support performance and professional growth.
Perform other duties as assigned.
