Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution. The role focuses on safe, efficient processes, staff supervision, and maintaining accurate records while coordinating with stakeholders.

You will drive productivity, supervise the team, and ensure adherence to procedures, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and timely dispatch of materials. This position requires a forklift license and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment required.
• Certified Forklift Operator License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, storage and distribution.
• Forecast workload demand and coordinate deliverables with stakeholders.
• Plan inbound/outbound receiving schedules and daily activities.
• Supervise staff to meet service levels and productivity goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure warehouse security procedures and safe working environment.
