Job summary

SBH is seeking a Sr Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely receiving, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery of finished goods. You will supervise and maintain all warehouse functions on a daily basis.

Qualifications

High school diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
5+ years related experience in materials function, preferably in a retail related industry
Advanced knowledge of quick-turn, ship-on-demand environment
2 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

Ensure materials are received from vendors, added to inventory, and finished goods are packaged per customer specifications and shipped timely.
Select, develop and evaluate staff to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse and shipping/receiving functions; provide direction and leadership to team.
Verify receipt of materials, ensure purchase orders are open and quality/quantity of materials received is correct; maintain proper inventory levels.
Monitor and maintain the slot maintenance program and track its efficiency.
Suggest improvements to methods and procedures; manage material control systems and productivity.
