Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensure safety and quality, and optimize daily distribution operations. The role emphasizes scheduling, coaching, and adherence to SOPs within a dynamic 3PL environment.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree and at least three years in warehousing with six months supervisory experience, plus strong PC and MS Office skills. The position reports to the General Manager and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise warehouse associates to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Plan workloads, schedules, and inventory activities to optimize cost and productivity.
• Assign duties, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to SOPs and policies.
• Oversee outbound shipping accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide instruction and coaching, including performance evaluations.
• Support safety programs and participate in Safety Committee activities.
• Assist in process improvements and documentation as needed.
• Handle HR-related tasks such as time edits and discipline as required.
