Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5 years warehouse experience, 2–3 years supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with WMS and MS Office. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• 5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic math skills.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure product flow and safety.
• Develop action plans to improve labor performance and KPIs.
• Schedule warehouse operations for maximum production and cost control.
• Ensure GMP and OSHA standards are followed; lead safety initiatives.
• Build a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready warehouse.
• Foster fair employment practices and strong employee relations.
• Ensure on-time outbound and inbound shipments.
