Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to assure product flow while meeting safety, quantity, and efficiency requirements.
• Facilitates problem solving and develops action plans for labor performance issues.
• Understands budgets, costs, yields, and operating plans to maximize production for minimum cost.
• Ensure GMP and OSHA compliance; lead health, safety, and environmental processes.
• Develop a high performing organization with teamwork, suggestions, and decisions.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready, sanitary warehouse.
• Ensure timely outbound and inbound shipments.
