Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Three years warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• One year supervisory or lead experience required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; flexible hours as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) and familiar with WMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities within assigned area (shipping, receiving, selection, loading, storage).
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve distribution center issues.
• Schedule and assign work to warehouse associates to maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Maintain KPI reporting and ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations; promote safety and security awareness.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure timely communication with staff.
