The position supports loading, cross-docking, and customer service operations, with a focus on process improvement and cost control. Evening shift and business needs may require flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to hourly staff to meet customer objectives and cost targets.
• Schedule workforce and equipment to support loading/unloading, cross-docking, and customer service tasks.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Make disciplinary decisions up to written warning level and participate in hires as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all policies and procedures.
