Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to hourly workforce to execute daily tasks and customer service.
• Supervise processes including inventory control, cycle counting, receiving accuracy, and documentation.
• Involved in hiring and providing coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety, cost objectives, and company policies.
