Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screen checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly associates and implement performance standards.
• Oversee logistics operations, dispatch, loading/unloading and documentation.
• Manage scheduling to control overtime and productivity targets.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Support continuous improvement and customer experience goals.
• Coordinate with site leadership on equipment and fleet use.
