Job summary

Alford Media, a specialized division of The Freeman Company, seeks a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations in Dallas, TX. You will lead daily warehouse activities, manage equipment pulling, staging, returns, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and readiness.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in operations/related field and at least 3 years of warehouse and people management experience, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and promoting safety.

Qualifications

• College degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of operations or warehouse experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience working in environments with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Previous experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including equipment pulling, staging, returns, and inventory management.
• Provide coaching, direction, and support to full‑time and part‑time warehouse team members.
• Evaluate staffing requirements and allocate resources to meet operational demands and event schedules.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness are maintained at all times.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure equipment meets company standards before deployment.
• Review upcoming event requirements and inventory availability to ensure successful execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, space utilization, productivity, and efficiency.
• Promote and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, communication, and customer service.
• Partner with Operations, Production, and Logistics teams to support business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
