Job summary

DWS Energy in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Warehouse Operations Coordinator to drive warehousing and inventory control for our industrial prefab shop, supporting VFD/PLC rack assemblies. You will partner with the Inventory and Logistics Manager to ensure accurate stock, timely shipments, and safe material handling.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in warehousing leadership, proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office, and a hands-on approach to forklift operation and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; additional education in supply chain preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership warehousing role, industrial setting preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with inventory-management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and operate pallet jacks/forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a storage and logistics plan for warehouse operations.
• Lead shipping/receiving and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.
• Track vendor equipment and support material accountability.
• Coordinate regular inventory counts and asset control.
• Ensure safe pallet jack/forklift operation and material handling.
• Provide reliable, proactive customer service and issue resolution.
