Job summary

Integrated-Distribution-Systems-Inc is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all activities at the Grand Prairie, Texas warehouse. You will manage labor, shipping/receiving, inventory, QA and safety, and ensure equipment uptime and maintenance.

You will collaborate with logistics and transportation, drive KPI performance, and work to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of management/warehouse operations related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train, supervise and motivate team members.
• Able to set high expectations and hold others accountable for results.
• Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor management, shipping/receiving, inventory, QA, and safety in the warehouse.
• Ensure facility and equipment are properly maintained.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with logistics and transportation teams.
• Partner with customers to maintain high satisfaction and address concerns.
• Lead operational excellence and remove barriers to success.
• Implement and optimize warehouse layout and product placement.
• Monitor KPIs and drive profitability and productivity of the distribution center.
• Staff, train, coach and develop supervisory and hourly personnel.
• Address complaints and resolve problems; handle other duties as required.
