Job summary

Addison Group in Forney, TX is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at a high-volume manufacturing facility. You will lead warehouse personnel, manage inventory accuracy, coordinate material movement, and ensure timely receiving, storing, and shipping while maintaining a safe, organized workplace.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in warehouse operations, 4+ years of supervisory experience, hands-on leadership, and strong knowledge of ERP/WMS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of warehouse operations experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping and receiving, material flow, and warehouse best practices.
• Forklift experience required; forklift certification is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop warehouse employees through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, and production support.
• Ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time to support manufacturing operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ERP/WMS systems.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight while working closely with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
• Promote and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards through training and regular inspections.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Maintain warehouse organization and oversee material handling equipment and operational processes.
• Partner with leadership and HR to support employee development, staffing, and operational goals.
