Job summary

MSI is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its warehouse operations. You will directly oversee non-slab operations, ensure accurate pick/pack, putaways, replenishments and outbound shipments, and guide a team of 15–30 associates.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, with forklift and WMS familiarity, plus strong Excel and English communication skills. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of supervisory experience
• Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience is a plus
• Intermediate Excel knowledge required
• Excellent English communication with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Staff the shift to handle varied workload for 15–30 employees
• Maintain facility quality processes and uphold operating standards
• Ensure on-time shipping; coordinate receipts and shipments for accuracy
• Supervise shift Leads and frontline staff; hold them accountable
• Provide leadership, training, troubleshooting and guidance to the team
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Oversee facility/equipment upkeep and safety compliance
• Communicate with internal and external customers
• Conduct warehouse audits to ensure procedures meet compliance
• Other duties as assigned
