Job summary

This role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and presenting operational data to senior leadership. A Bachelor's in Logistics or Operations Management and 5–10 years in DC operations are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years supervising/management experience.
• Must have supervised at least 15 team members.
• 5+ years of Distribution Center Operations experience.
• Lean Manufacturing principles highly desired.
• Bachelor's Degree with emphasis on Logistics or Operations Management.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of shift supervisors and leadership of 25–50 team members.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed and able to execute daily workload.
• Maintain facility quality processes and on-time shipping performance.
• Oversee safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly quality and productivity reporting.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
