Job summary

M S International, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor to directly supervise the warehouse floor, assign shift schedules, and oversee time management for shipments. The role requires leadership to 25–50 team members, forklift familiarity, and a focus on safety and quality processes.

You will ensure on-time shipping, manage staff to handle varied volumes, and drive continuous improvement of DC layout and operations while maintaining excellent English communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Education required.
• One to Two years of supervisory experience.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Able to use tablets (IPad).
• Basic to Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
• Provide high level of customer service
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse floor operations and assign work schedules for 10-20 employees.
• Maintain and manage facility quality process.
• Ensure on-time shipping performance; coordinate with reports to ensure receipts and shipments meet standards.
• Supervise realignment activities to optimize the facility.
• Manage operational activities to support DC layout and continuous improvement goals.
• Provide direct supervision to shift supervisors and accountability for team performance.
• Provide leadership, training, and supervision to 25–50 team members.
• Drive leadership development and professional growth within the team.
• Oversee facility/equipment maintenance and supplies.
• Maintain a safe working environment and oversee safety compliance.
