Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military rank as listed.
• Experience in warehouse/supply chain with leadership skills.
• Experience supervising at least two direct reports.

• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and manage change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two direct reports, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse production activities.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports.
• Ensure schedules are followed and tasks completed.
• Manage vacation and time-off scheduling to meet customer needs.
• Lead floor operations and communicate work instructions and safety practices.
• Promote safety through walks, training, and JHA reviews.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace following 5S standards.
• Support the Operations Manager with special projects as needed.
