S.P. Richards Company is seeking a FT Warehouse Supervisor in the Dallas area to direct and coordinate all warehouse activities at the Dallas DC.

The role requires supervising staff on AM/PM shifts, ensuring accurate receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping within defined timeframes, and maintaining safety standards. Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent required or acceptable experience.
• Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the warehouse activities of the distribution center.
• Assigns workers to receive, stock, pick, and ship inbound/outbound freight.
• Maintains company safety programs to ensure a safe environment for employees.
• Coordinates with inbound/outbound freight companies and manages trucks and drivers.
• Establishes procedures for verification of shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Communicates with other departments to ensure availability of merchandise and proper administrative transactions.
• Oversees PKMS warehouse management system and daily performance checks.
• Monitors daily checklist and prints reports to measure productivity.
