Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates warehouse activities in the distribution center.
• Assigns workers for receiving, stocking, order picking and shipping.
• Administers safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
• Manages fleet of trucks and drivers; coordinates inbound/outbound freight.
• Develops procedures for verification of shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Communicates with management and other departments to ensure merchandise availability.
• Operates PKMS warehouse management system and reports daily productivity.
